In Persona 3 Reload<\/em>, the Tartarus tower <\/strong>is where most of the action happens. To pace your progress through the game, Tartarus has border floors with impassable closed paths.<\/p>
The first of these border floors you’ll come to is 22F, the 22nd floor<\/strong>, and at this point, you\u2019ll get a pop-up explaining how it’s impossible to dispel the closed path barrier and that you\u2019ll have to wait for the right time. But this pop-up offers no clue as to when \u201cthe right time\u201d actually is.<\/p>
