All live Skull and Bones Twitch drops Three Twitch Drops are available for Skull and Bones from Feb. 13 to Feb 28. Watch three hours total of Skull and Bones streams to get the rewards. The Twitch Drops for Skull and Bones are all cosmetic items that consist of a Hull Color, a Sail Color, a Sail Pattern, a Sail Emblem, a Trophy, and a Figurehead. All live Skull and Bones Twitch drops Three Twitch Drops are available for Skull and Bones from Feb. 13 to Feb 28. Watch three hours total of Skull and Bones streams to get the rewards. The Twitch Drops for Skull and Bones are all cosmetic items that consist of a Hull Color, a Sail Color, a Sail Pattern, a Sail Emblem, a Trophy, and a Figurehead.
