So, here's how to rotate any item in The Sims 4. The Sims 4 rotate items guide Hold Shift and press comma (rotate left) or the period key (rotate right) to rotate items in The Sims 4. You can use the triggers to rotate if you're playing on console. You must select the item you wish to rotate before using the rotate keys or buttons. The mouse or left analog stick moves the object around while Shift and comma or period (or the triggers) rotate the stationary object.
