Squad Battles in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team refreshes on Sundays at 12am PT\/2am CT\/3am ET\/8am BST\/5pm AEST. Once the refresh has occurred, you can claim rewards inside Ultimate Team\u2014either in the game itself or using the Web App. The amount of games in Squad Battles that count towards your weekly progress has been reduced significantly, making it easier to be eligible for the best rewards.
