Fortnite: Battle Royale’s <\/em>5.10 content update has gone live, and it has brought back a vaulted weapon and added a new Limited Time Mode.<\/p>
The Guided Missile and Fly Explosives LTM are here, and it appears those two features are the main components of today’s Fortnite: Battle Royale <\/em>update. While the weapon and LTM are huge news, it should also be noted the recently-buffed Slurp Juice has been re-enabled as well.<\/p>
The Guided Missile is available in Epic and Legendary variants, but the structure and player damage has been severely decreased since originally being in the game.<\/p>
For example, the player damage floated above 100 when it was introduced more than four months ago, but it has since been reduced to the mid-70s. The structure damage nerf is a much bigger hit, however, with the weapon receiving a 700-point decrease after dropping from 1100 to 400.<\/p>
The damage points were not the only things changed\u2014the reload time was slightly increased, movement speed decreased, the fuse duration was reduced, and the explosions now can damage structures with “no regard for Line of Sight,” according to the official patch notes<\/a>.<\/p>
