Revival Catalyst is an interactable item in Valdrakken that allows you to turn your regular piece of gear into a tier set. First introduced in Shadowlands<\/em>, Catalyst has undergone numerous changes in Dragonflight<\/em>, but World of Warcraft <\/em>devs are reverting it back to the Shadowlands <\/em>state in Patch 10.1<\/a>. <\/p>
On March 20, WoW <\/em>dev put together an extensive blue post<\/a> discussing the latest updates to Dragonflight <\/em>coming in Patch 10.1<\/a>. Among many other changes coming to the game in Patch 10.1, Blizzard is reverting the Catalyst system back to the Shadowlands <\/em>state.<\/p>
So, instead of weekly quests that give you Catalyst charges<\/a>, you\u2019ll get a new charge per character every week. At the beginning of season two of Dragonflight<\/em>, all players will receive one Catalyst charge. Unlike Catalyst from Shadowlands<\/em> season three, Dragonflight <\/em>Catalyst won\u2019t cost you anything.<\/p>
