Formerly of Cloud9, Impact’s 2017 season was filled with highs and lows. In spring, Impact split playing time with Cloud9’s other top laner, Jeon “Ray” Ji-won. Ray usually started matches, but if the young top laner faltered, or the team lost game one, Impact would make his debut.<\/p> <\/p>
In summer, Impact returned to being Cloud9’s primary top laner. But despite this return, Impact faced issues within his play, and struggled against the likes of Kevin “Hauntzer” Yarnell and Lee “Flame” Ho-jong. Come the World Championship, Impact’s issue somewhat cleared up, however.<\/p> <\/p>
