They're all useful in one way or another, especially if you pay attention to character types and cooldown timings. You can upgrade Treasures to provide even more powerful effects as you progress in the game, so even a C Tier item can become useful if you invest coins into it. S Tier If you manage to pick up any of these items while taking the Treasure Gacha for a spin in Cookie Run: Kingdom, hold onto them\u2014they're some of the best items in the game and can make running through the late-game levels a breeze. Blind Healer's Staff Arguably one of the best healing items in the game, Blind Healer's Staff is a Treasure Gacha Epic. This Treasure heals the lowest-HP ally for 55 percent of the team's cumulative attack stat every 0.5 seconds for five seconds in total. The target will change consistently, meaning it's a solid way to top up your team during a tricky fight. Disciple's Magic Scroll While Treasures that fall into the Epic and Special category may seem like the best pick, some of the Common and Rare Treasures can be game-changers. Disciple's Magic Scroll is a Rare that comes from the Treasure Gacha and it's simple yet effective. This Treasure gives your party a 25 percent attack boost and 30 percent defense boost. It's an undispellable passive and can make a big difference in Boss fights. Insignia of the Indomitable Knights This is a passive Epic that comes from the Guild Gacha instead of the Treasure Gacha, so make sure you're hunting in the right place if you want to pick this item up. The Insignia of the Indomitable Knights heals 20 percent of each Cookie's maximum health each time an ally goes down in battle. When the last Cookie without protection takes fatal damage, it will instead be blocked and turned into a six-second invulnerability. It's essentially a cheat-death mechanic, which can make recovering in late-game battles a breeze. Milk Tribe's Frozen Torch This Epic comes from the Treasure Gacha and revolves around Freeze damage. When the Milk Tribe's Frozen Torch is active, it deals AoE damage to enemies in range that's equal to 15 percent of the team's attack stat. On top of this, it inflicts Freeze and Frost for a second and 16 seconds respectively, reducing enemy attack speed by five percent and increasing Freeze damage taken by 100 percent. A Frozen enemy takes damage equal to 15 percent of the team's attack stat after they thaw, while Freeze-resistant enemies take a chunk of this damage as soon as the treasure comes into effect. Essentially, it freezes enemies and they have a very bad time. It's wicked fun and looks cool, too. Old Pilgrim's Scroll Possibly the simplest Epic Treasure Gacha pick, the Old Pilgrim's Scroll increases every ally Cookie's attack stat by 30 percent. Squishy Jelly Watch Squishy Jelly Watch is a Common Treasure Gacha pick, yet it's one of the best items in the game. It cuts ally's cooldowns by 10 percent, which can go all the way up to 25 percent if you upgrade the item. Sugar Swan's Shining Feather Looking for a cheat-death mechanic? Sugar Swan's Shining Feather is a passive Epic from the Treasure Gacha that can help your Cookies live forever. Once per battle, anyway. When an ally goes down in battle, this item will bring them back with 20 percent of their maximum HP. It's well worth upgrading, as a maxed-out iteration restores 100 percent of an ally's health. Vial of Raging Dunes This Epic Treasure Gacha pick is an undispellable passive. It applies the Vial of Raging Dunes buff to your party when active. This buff increases their attack stat by 20 percent and crit resist stat by 15 percent. When an ally comes back from the dead, the buff stacks and AoE damage equal to 85 percent of your team's attack stat hits in-range enemies five times, which lowers their attack stat by 22.5 percent for 10 seconds. A Tier This section of the tier list features some of the best Treasures in Cookie Run: Kingdom. They're not quite as powerful as the S Tier Treasures (some of which are arguably broken) but they're immensely useful, especially when you get into the later stages of the game. Bookseller's Monocle This Epic can only be found via the Guild Gacha. It purifies allies and gets rid of all their debuffs while healing for 15 percent of their max HP. Dream Conductor's Whistle This Epic passive comes from the Treasure Gacha. Firstly, it gives every Cookie on your team a flat 15 percent crit buff. On top of this, it gives the Dream Whistle buff to the two Cookies with the highest attack stat. This gives them a 30 percent attack buff and 10 percent damage resistance buff. If a Dream Whistle Cookie goes down in battle, a 30 percent heal hits every Cookie. Echo of the Hurricane's Song The Echo of the Hurricane's Song Rare comes from the Treasure Gacha and is purely offensive. When used, it deals a big chunk of AoE damage to targets in range based on the highest attack stat in your party, even affecting Bosses and summons on the enemy team. Explorer's Monocle This Epic is from the Treasure Gacha. When you activate it, it purifies your team, restores a quarter of their max HP, and provides a 20 percent defense and a 15 percent debuff resistance buff for 16 seconds. The two buffs can stack twice, and the Treasure has a 14-second cooldown period, making it incredibly valuable. Grim-Looking Electrifying Scythe This passive Epic comes from the Treasure Gacha. It's undispellable and boosts all Electricity-type Cookie team member's crit by 40 percent. Niche, but effective.
