The general idea behind the best AFK Journey team compositions suggested below is that you can survive the fight until the end. This way, you'll either kill the boss to unlock its next difficulty level or get the highest percentage score possible with what you have. Remember that the levels, equipment, and tier of your heroes all count for the Dream Realm, so upgrading and leveling them up will give you better results. Best team compositions against Skyclops in AFK Journey The best AFK Journey team to use against Skyclops is Antandra, Kruger, Smokey & Meerky, Vala, and Odie. Antandra and Kruger provide attack and defense debuffs to Skyclops, making it deal less damage with its sweeping beam and allowing physical damage dealers like Vala and Kruger himself to deal more damage to it. Smokey & Meerky provide constant healing, attack buffs, and Haste to allies inside the aroma cloud. Since Skyclops has no interrupt skills, the duo never stops healing. Vala and Odie are your damage carriers, with Vala focusing on physical true damage and Odie on magical damage. As Skyclops alternates between increasing its physical and magical defenses, having carriers with mixed damage types helps boost your overall damage output. You can replace Vala with Cecia for better minion clearing or with Marilee for alternative single-target damage, especially if you have her on Mythic+ with her EX Weapon skill for true damage. Awakening Artifact. The Mage team uses the power of Mirael to clear Skyclops' minions and deal some magic damage while Vala takes on the true damage carry role. Brutus and Antandra form our frontline, while Smokey & Meerky keep everyone alive. Brutus is an alternative to Kruger, as he also reduces Skyclops' physical defense but has an invincibility bubble that lets him stay in the fight longer against the boss's burst attacks. Antandra remains in the team composition to reduce Skyclops' attack. Smokey & Meerky serve as healers and buffers for this team composition. Keep your entire backline close to them so they can receive constant healing along with Attack and Haste buffs. Vala can deal true damage to Skyclops, bypassing its defensive buffs. However, she lacks an area attack to clear the boss's minions, which is why we also use Mirael as a way to deal consistent magic damage to it. Skyclops stall team Antandra, Thoran, Marilee, Koko, Korin. Awakening Artifact. The Stall team focuses on simply surviving until the Skyclops timer runs out. The goal is to ensure that all five heroes stay alive and deal damage to the boss throughout the entire fight, even if it means sacrificing some damage. This strategy is particularly effective when your teams are consistently being wiped within the first 10 to 15 seconds of the fight, unable to stay alive long enough to deal much damage. Thoran remains alive for most of the fight thanks to Antandra's shield and his own resurrection skill. His area ultimate is particularly useful for clearing the Wing minions that Skyclops summons. Marilee deals massive damage, while Korin plays a hybrid damage-support role with his shield skill, which is crucial for keeping the team alive while also dealing with minions. Koko, a tanky support, can withstand Skyclops' laser attacks that would take down other supports, which allows all allies to heal through Life Leech before the next skill comes. Skyclops life leech team Antandra, Kruger, Cecia, Koko, and Vala. Awakening Artifact. This is a more offensive approach to the stall team, one to try if you find yourself stopping midway through the boss' health bar. If you don't have Smokey & Meerky, Koko might be your only support hero who can stay alive long enough in the fight, so use her. Kruger serves as an offensive tank, while Cecia and Vala add more utility damage to the composition. Antandra shields Kruger long enough for him to apply several stacks of his physical defense debuff on Skyclops. She can also solo-tank the boss once Kruger is taken out. Koko's ultimate synergizes perfectly with this basic attack-heavy team, enabling them to quickly heal up once she provides everyone with Life Leech. Vala continues to carry the team with true damage, while Cecia delivers powerful area damage with Mr. Carlyle in her ultimate while dealing great single-target damage as well. Skyclops' attacks Skyclops is a Mage boss that deals primarily Magic damage with an attack range of 20. It has four Skills and belongs to no specific faction. Skill DescriptionUltimate Charges briefly before shooting a laser beam that sweeps through the 10-tile arc, dealing 260 percent damage to all enemies touched by the laser. Skyclops' laser attack, in particular, is nearly impossible to survive without a proper team composition. This guide will help you build it. The general idea behind the best AFK Journey team compositions suggested below is that you can survive the fight until the end. This way, you'll either kill the boss to unlock its next difficulty level or get the highest percentage score possible with what you have. Remember that the levels, equipment, and tier of your heroes all count for the Dream Realm, so upgrading and leveling them up will give you better results. Best team compositions against Skyclops in AFK Journey The best AFK Journey team to use against Skyclops is Antandra, Kruger, Smokey & Meerky, Vala, and Odie. Antandra and Kruger provide attack and defense debuffs to Skyclops, making it deal less damage with its sweeping beam and allowing physical damage dealers like Vala and Kruger himself to deal more damage to it. Smokey & Meerky provide constant healing, attack buffs, and Haste to allies inside the aroma cloud. Since Skyclops has no interrupt skills, the duo never stops healing. Vala and Odie are your damage carriers, with Vala focusing on physical true damage and Odie on magical damage. As Skyclops alternates between increasing its physical and magical defenses, having carriers with mixed damage types helps boost your overall damage output. You can replace Vala with Cecia for better minion clearing or with Marilee for alternative single-target damage, especially if you have her on Mythic+ with her EX Weapon skill for true damage. Awakening Artifact. The Mage team uses the power of Mirael to clear Skyclops' minions and deal some magic damage while Vala takes on the true damage carry role. Brutus and Antandra form our frontline, while Smokey & Meerky keep everyone alive. Brutus is an alternative to Kruger, as he also reduces Skyclops' physical defense but has an invincibility bubble that lets him stay in the fight longer against the boss's burst attacks. Antandra remains in the team composition to reduce Skyclops' attack. Smokey & Meerky serve as healers and buffers for this team composition. Keep your entire backline close to them so they can receive constant healing along with Attack and Haste buffs. Vala can deal true damage to Skyclops, bypassing its defensive buffs. However, she lacks an area attack to clear the boss's minions, which is why we also use Mirael as a way to deal consistent magic damage to it. Skyclops stall team Antandra, Thoran, Marilee, Koko, Korin. Awakening Artifact. The Stall team focuses on simply surviving until the Skyclops timer runs out. The goal is to ensure that all five heroes stay alive and deal damage to the boss throughout the entire fight, even if it means sacrificing some damage. This strategy is particularly effective when your teams are consistently being wiped within the first 10 to 15 seconds of the fight, unable to stay alive long enough to deal much damage. Thoran remains alive for most of the fight thanks to Antandra's shield and his own resurrection skill. His area ultimate is particularly useful for clearing the Wing minions that Skyclops summons. Marilee deals massive damage, while Korin plays a hybrid damage-support role with his shield skill, which is crucial for keeping the team alive while also dealing with minions. Koko, a tanky support, can withstand Skyclops' laser attacks that would take down other supports, which allows all allies to heal through Life Leech before the next skill comes. Skyclops life leech team Antandra, Kruger, Cecia, Koko, and Vala. Awakening Artifact. This is a more offensive approach to the stall team, one to try if you find yourself stopping midway through the boss' health bar. If you don't have Smokey & Meerky, Koko might be your only support hero who can stay alive long enough in the fight, so use her. Kruger serves as an offensive tank, while Cecia and Vala add more utility damage to the composition. Antandra shields Kruger long enough for him to apply several stacks of his physical defense debuff on Skyclops. She can also solo-tank the boss once Kruger is taken out. Koko's ultimate synergizes perfectly with this basic attack-heavy team, enabling them to quickly heal up once she provides everyone with Life Leech. Vala continues to carry the team with true damage, while Cecia delivers powerful area damage with Mr. Carlyle in her ultimate while dealing great single-target damage as well. Skyclops' attacks Skyclops is a Mage boss that deals primarily Magic damage with an attack range of 20. It has four Skills and belongs to no specific faction. Skill DescriptionUltimate Charges briefly before shooting a laser beam that sweeps through the 10-tile arc, dealing 260 percent damage to all enemies touched by the laser. Skill 1 Summons Wings of Light. Cannot be targeted and gains damage immunity while Wings of Light are present, and its physical damage received is reduced.
