Rivals Rewards are distributed every Thursday at 12am PT\/2am CT\/3am ET\/8am BST\/5pm AEST. They are not automatically added to your account and found in the Store. Instead, you need to enter Rivals and claim your reward. You can do this within EA FC 25 itself or through the Web App, meaning you can open your rewards on the go. After the distribution time for rewards, a new week begins in Rivals and the grind to secure the required number of points begins again.
