If you're actively playing Pok\u00e9mon Go frequently, this is a good thing to grab. Not only can Skeledirge learn Blast Burn, but it's unlocking another attack to its standard move pool, Torch Song. It's Skeledirge's signature move that it can learn in Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Violet, and in my opinion, it's a stronger choice than Blast Burn. What Torch Song has over Blast Burn is that it's a low-cost Fire-type move that increases Skeledirge's attack stat by one rank every time you use it. You need 45 energy to use Torch Song, and it does 70 damage. For Blast Burn, you need to have 50 energy, and it does 110 damage. That's a dramatic difference between these two moves, with Blast Burn unleashing 40 more damage at the cost of five energy. However, the secret is the damage increase from Torch Song. You'll increase Skeledirge's overall damage output for every attack, especially Shadow Ball, the other charged move that is a must-have choice. Arguably, it's a toss-up of what Skeledirge you want to go with in Pok\u00e9mon Go. We lean more towards one that knows Torch Song, but if you can spare to have another, make sure it learns Blast Burn.
