Overwatch’s <\/em>most popular player, Brandon “Seagull” Larned, is stepping down from NRG Esports’ main Overwatch <\/em>roster. The news will likely come as a surprise to fans of the beloved NRG player. Seagull is not<\/em>, however, giving up on Overwatch <\/em>as a whole. He’ll stay on NRG as a substitute player, as well as stream under the NRG banner. Former Cloud9 DPS player<\/a> Lucas “Mendokusaii” H\u00e5kansson\u00a0will stand in for Seagull during the Overwatch <\/em>Monthly Melee tournament, which begins April 14. <\/p>
