And while the league had plans to host numerous Home Series events around the world, the coronavirus global pandemic has caused the league to switch to an online format. Three Home Series events concluded before the league suspended play and changed the schedule to accommodate its move online. After a short delay in the season, play resumed on April 24 with the Dallas Empire Home Series. Here's how to watch the upcoming Call of Duty League Toronto Home Series. Format Unlike Launch Weekend, where teams had pre-determined opponents throughout the event, the eight teams participating in the Home Series events are split into groups of four and compete in a mini-tournament. In Group A of the Toronto event, the Chicago Huntsmen, Seattle Surge, Toronto Ultra, and OpTic Gaming Los Angeles will fight to be the two teams to advance to bracket play. The Atlanta FaZe, Florida Mutineers, Dallas Empire, and Minnesota R\u00d8KKR are in Group B. The two teams from each group that win two matches will advance to the four-team, single-elimination bracket to conclude the weekend. Teams will receive CDL Points throughout the weekend. Ten points are awarded for each match victory and different point totals for their ultimate placing in the Home Series Weekend, with an additional 10 points going to the winner. Format Unlike Launch Weekend, where teams had pre-determined opponents throughout the event, the eight teams participating in the Home Series events are split into groups of four and compete in a mini-tournament. In Group A of the Toronto event, the Chicago Huntsmen, Seattle Surge, Toronto Ultra, and OpTic Gaming Los Angeles will fight to be the two teams to advance to bracket play. The Atlanta FaZe, Florida Mutineers, Dallas Empire, and Minnesota R\u00d8KKR are in Group B. The two teams from each group that win two matches will advance to the four-team, single-elimination bracket to conclude the weekend. Teams will receive CDL Points throughout the weekend. Ten points are awarded for each match victory and different point totals for their ultimate placing in the Home Series Weekend, with an additional 10 points going to the winner.
