Knowing how many Apex<\/em> Packs you’ve opened in Apex Legends<\/em> is key to knowing how close you are to unlocking an Heirloom weapon or Prestige skin, the Mythic rarity items that are usually the most interesting in the game. And fortunately, there is a nifty calculator to help you out.<\/p>
There’s a tiny chance Heirloom shards will drop in any regular Apex<\/em> Pack, but all players are guaranteed to get Heirloom Shards<\/a> with which they can unlock an Heirloom or Prestige skin set when they’ve opened 500 Apex Packs (a system sometimes called “bad luck protection”).
