The good news is the effect of Gloom doesn\u2019t have to be permanent. There is a way to cure Gloom, and it\u2019s a breeze to do once you know how to do it and where to find the items required. How to heal cracked hearts from Gloom in Tears of the Kingdom The first time I ventured onto the Sky Islands, I saw Sundelions everywhere. They\u2019re a new type of plant that only grows at high altitudes, providing them plenty of sunlight. I grabbed a bunch because I figured they\u2019d come in handy. It turns out, I was right. Sundelions are the key ingredient to curing Gloom. If you're unsure what Sundelions look like, check out our screenshot in the gallery above. To cure Gloom all you need to do is throw Sundelions into a dish when cooking, and when you eat that meal, it will restore all of Link\u2019s cracked hearts. It seems like the sunlight-soaked plant\u2019s restorative properties are too strong for even the most miserable status condition.
