Two nights of WrestleMania action in Philadelphia gave fans plenty of talking points, but it was a surprise appearance from streamer IShowSpeed that was the surprise highlight of the night.

2K is no stranger to adding odd playable characters to its games, with WWE 2K22 including Machine Gun Kelly as a playable character. NBA 2K17, for some reason, had Arsenal and France soccer legend Thierry Henry as part of its roster. Now, it’s WWE 2K24‘s turn to be weird.

Brock Lesnar has been quietly removed from the cover of WWE 2K24‘s 40 Years of Wrestlemania edition, increasing doubts he will feature in the game.

Lesnar was among several characters originally featured in the cover artwork for WWE 2K24‘s special edition, alongside the likes of The Undertaker, The Rock, and Roman Reigns, but has now been replaced by John Cena.

Muhammed Ali is set to make a surprise appearance in WWE 2K24 as the franchise celebrates 40 years of Wrestlemania.

Widely regarded as the greatest heavyweight boxer of all time, Ali has a history with WWE after appearing as a guest referee at the first Wrestlemania in 1985—but it looks like the gloves are off properly in WWE 2K24.
