The Stratagem has unlimited uses but a cooldown time of 480 seconds and 10.50 seconds call-in time. The FRV arrives using Pelican-1, just like the Exosuits. The transport shuttle has an armed autocannon that fires at nearby enemies, giving away your position, so make sure to call it in when you're in a safe spot or you've already made some noise.
