With the 2017 Electronics and Entertainment Expo (E3) just around the corner, the hype is beginning to build. That hype only grew over the past few days surrounding Overwatch<\/em>, after

comment<\/a>. The thread asked what to expect from the game at E3, and Kaplan’s answer made a lot of people very sad.<\/p>

“While we totally appreciate the enthusiasm, the Overwatch<\/em> team won’t be attending E3 or announcing anything at the show this year,” said Kaplan.<\/p>

While this takes some wind from the hype surrounding Crews’ announcement, this doesn’t mean that there won’t be something cool for Overwatch<\/em> in June. Blizzard has kept up a torrid pace of content releases since the game came out last May, and it expects to keep up with that schedule for the foreseeable future.<\/p>
