\u201cIt was a total shock,\u201d the Doc said. \u201cImagine showing up to work and the doors are closed and you can\u2019t get inside. You\u2019re going, \u2018What\u2019s going on?\u2019 And you\u2019ve been told you\u2019ve been fired. But you haven\u2019t been told the reason why. We just weren\u2019t given an answer.\u201d<\/p>
The streamer said he initially learned something was off while watching a friend stream on Twitch. Features that are typically available to creators were missing from the Doc\u2019s account. Dr Disrespect then emailed Twitch and the company \u201cinformed him of their action but did not provide a reason,\u201d according to The Post.<\/p>
When asked about his next steps with Twitch, the Doc followed the advice of his legal counsel and didn’t answer. But the toll this ordeal has taken on the streamer is no secret.<\/p>
“I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety,” the Doc said. \u201cYou know, my wife and I both, this is our livelihood. We worked really hard to get to this point… Let\u2019s just say I\u2019ve felt all of the emotions that you could possibly feel.\u201d<\/p>
