Destiny 2’s <\/em>Guardian Games event has returned for 2023 and there’s a few quests to go along with it.<\/p>
The “Shoot to Score” quest can be procured from Commander Zavala as part of the “Best in Class” quest when Guardian Games is live between May 2 and 23, 2022, but it’ll be gone after that. The quest is time-gated, which means there are some days you have to wait before progress can continue.<\/p>
Get familiar with the Guardian Games playlist nodes found within the Tower. There are a couple different kinds to play to earn Medallions, Medals, Laurels, and everything you need for the seasonal event, but only one is available during the weekends.<\/p>
Step one<\/h3>
Get the highest score possible in the Guardian Games: Training playlist<\/strong><\/p>
Drop into some rounds in the Guardian Games: Training playlist and level up your score to as high as you can get it. You will be awarded special buffs and rewards at the Tower once you return. <\/p>
The scoring thresholds are as follows:<\/p>
- Bronze<\/strong>: 50,000<\/li>
- Silver<\/strong>: 100,000<\/li>
- Gold<\/strong>: 150,000<\/li>
- Platinum<\/strong>: 175,000<\/li> <\/ul>

The next four steps can be knocked out in one go if you’re able to attain Platinum score in the Guardian Games: Competitive playlist. Competitive is only live during the weekends, so it must be completed after the reset on Friday and before the weekly reset on Tuesday.<\/p>

Step seven<\/h3>
In week two, the steps will likely repeat again from step one as the quest did in the 2022 Guardian Games. Earn a high score in the Guardian Games: Training playlist to earn buffs. Then it’s time to wait once more until the Competitive playlist returns on Friday.<\/p>
Steps eight through 12<\/h3>
Attain Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum thresholds in the Guardian Games: Competitive playlist<\/strong><\/p>
It’s time once again to go to the Competitive playlist and get some high scores, and then wait once again for next week for the quest to continue.<\/p>
Step 13<\/h3>
Practice activities in the Guardian Games: Training playlist and reach score thresholds to earn buffs that last throughout the week.<\/strong><\/p>
It’s time once again to reiterate that practice makes perfect. Run the Nightfall again in the Training playlist to prepare for one final weekend of high scores. The final steps of the quest will be available on Friday, May 19.<\/p>
Steps 14 through 18<\/h3>

It's time once again to reiterate that practice makes perfect. Run the Nightfall again in the Training playlist to prepare for one final weekend of high scores.
