Oft-forgotten League of Legends<\/em> champion Aurelion Sol is finally getting sweeping\u00a0 changes that will restart his kit \u201cfrom scratch,\u201d the Riot Games dev team has confirmed, but don\u2019t expect it to hit live servers any time soon.<\/p>
In fact, there\u2019s every chance it may not arrive until the 2023 season.<\/p>
According to lead League <\/em>champion producer Ryan Mireles, major changes to the Star\u00a0Forger\u2019s ability kit and theme are underway at Riot Games HQ, but things aren\u2019t being rushed<\/a>. The devs asked for patience\u2060\u2014they\u2019re totally overhauling the character<\/a> in a \u201ccomprehensive champion update,\u201d Mireles explained.<\/p>
