Call of Duty <\/em>fans and gamers everywhere will soon be able to try out the new Modern Warfare 3<\/em> in the weeks ahead of the game’s official release on Nov. 10 thanks to an open beta<\/strong> that has been confirmed by Activision.<\/p>
The CoD<\/em> beta has become a yearly rite of passage for players looking to get a taste of the new experience in the series. It gives a glimpse of what’s to come, including a selection of weapons, modes, operators, and general gameplay sense for those looking to hop in early or try and see if they want to pick up the new game.<\/p>
The beta comes with some exclusive rewards, too, like player emblems or player cards\u2014and in the case of Modern Warfare 2’s <\/em>beta, several weapon blueprints that were available at the game’s launch. MW3 <\/em>should be the same.<\/p>
