If there\u2019s anything we\u2019ve learned at Baltimore Regionals (Sept. 14 to 15), it\u2019s that any Pok\u00e9mon<\/a> has the potential to shine in Regulation H<\/a>, a format without Legendary and Paradox threats. On the first day of the event, we saw Hisui Pok\u00e9mon like Sneasler and Ursaluna rise in usage<\/a>, and there was even a Scyther that blew everyone away in an amazing stream match. <\/p>
